  • What exactly do I pay for?

    With SurveyToGo, all the software is absolutely free with no hidden costs. You pay only for completed production interviews and attachment storage space (optional). Simply choose from the pre-paid interview packages above and you can get started in 60 seconds. You can design as many surveys as you need with as many questions as you need. You can also deploy the survey to as many devices as you need and define as many users as you need.

  • Do I have to pay to start using SurveyToGo?

    No. You can register & start using SurveyToGo for free. You will even receive 50 interviews preloaded for free. Go ahead and test it. We know you’ll love it.

  • Do Test-Interviews count the same as production-interviews?

    As long as your survey is in “Test-Mode” you can generate as many test interviews as you like without them being deducted from your account. As soon as you switch to “Production Mode,” every interview you generate will be deducted from your account balance.
    Please note that you can only accumulate up to 10 test-interviews per survey, after which the new test-interviews overwrite the old ones.

  • Do I need to purchase any server licenses?

    No. SurveyToGo works in a hosted-service mode. In other words, you won’t have to pay for, nor install, complicated servers as we take care of all that on our secured hosted environment. You only pay for interview credits and attachment storage. SurveyToGo is available in both a hosted model and on-premise model. For more details on the on-premise model, please contact our sales team.

  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

    No. SurveyToGo is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay whenever you need to generate more interviews.

  • Are there per-user fees?

    No. The prices you see above are all-inclusive. For example, the Grande package is $1,340 for 6,000 interviews. That means you pay $1,340 total no matter how many users, surveys or devices you have.

  • Do you have discounts for more than 12K interviews?

    Yes, checkout our high-volume packages here. Discounts start for packages of over 30K interviews. Click here for the packages.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. We also allow wire transfer payments with direct invoices for orders over $200 USD – Please click here for more details.

  • Is my data safe and secure?

    Our state-of-the-art computer servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance; our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches; and our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall that’s guaranteed to keep your data safe.

  • Do you have terms of service and privacy policies?

  • Do you have any discounts for Students conducting research?

    Yes. Dooblo understands the limited budgets of junior students and has a special discount model for them as they make their first steps in the research world. However there is a strict policy on which projects are accepted to this model and so please contact with your organization details and project details and our account executives will be able to process the request.

  • What is the difference between Interview credits and Attachment Storage space?

    Interview credits are needed to upload interviews from the field back to your SurveyToGo organization, and is the only mandatory payment element in the SurveyToGo solution.

    Projects that utilize media such as audio recordings, photos or videos will most likely require an Attachment Storage space upgrade.

    The attachment storage upgrade is charged on a monthly basis and you can think of it like a hard drive that you are renting. Any attachment is uploaded there and you can also download (archive) from it to free up space.
