I am considering using SurveyToGo for a health survey. The data we plan to collect will contain identifiable information and I have concerns about confidentiality. Please excuse my technological ignorance, but it appears that one must be online to login to the designer (and thus to connect to the server). Does this mean that any data I collect on the PDAs and synchronize with my laptop will be going to a remote server (and therefore be accessible by third parties)? I would really appreciate any insight (in layman's terms please!). Thanks.
